Women’s Retreat - Unbreakable Journeys

Unbreakable Journeys Women’s Retreat

For every woman impacted by mesothelioma—patients, survivors, caregivers, mothers, daughters, sisters, friends, and more.

You Are Welcome Here

Whether you’re facing a diagnosis, supporting a loved one, grieving a loss, and seeking connection, this retreat is for you.

You’ve carried fear, responsibility, exhaustion, and grief. You’ve shown up for others – often without a space to show up for yourself. This weekend is your invitation to pause, breathe, and be surrounded by women who understand.

Why We Gather

Mesothelioma affects more than the body. It reaches into every part of life – relationships, identity, energy, and hope. And it impacts not only those diagnosed, but those who love and care for them.

This retreat offers a gentle space to rest and reconnect. No need to explain. Just room to be seen and supported.

What to Expect

This retreat is a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself and others. It’s a supportive experience, thoughtfully designed to nurture rest, reflection, and healing in a way that feels natural and unforced.

A Safe, Supportive Space

You’ll be surrounded by women who understand the weight of mesothelioma—whether through personal diagnosis, caregiving, or loss. There’s no need to explain your story or hold back your emotions. Here, you’re free to show up exactly as you are.

Quiet Moments and Shared Connection

Some moments will be quiet… time for solitude, journaling, or enjoying nature. Others will be shared… gathered around meals, exchanging stories, or participating in an (optional) shared group activity. There’s no pressure to talk or perform. Just honest, meaningful presence.

Optional Activities

Each day offers opportunities to engage in restorative and creative experiences, including:

  • Art therapy and expressive workshops
  • Yoga for all bodies and experience levels
  • Breathwork and calming meditations
  • Journaling and creative reflection
  • Group story-sharing circles (participation is always optional)
  • Nature walks and personal reflection time

You can do as much or as little as you like – this retreat is about honoring what you need.

A Weekend to Exhale

More than anything, this is a chance to set down the weight you’ve been carrying and remember you are not alone. Within this circle of women, you’ll find understanding, peace, and space to simply be.

Your Story Matters

Whether you choose to share it out loud or keep it close, your story matters. This retreat honors both voice and silence.

Either way, connection happens. Healing happens.
